Project Description Voices for Children provides advocacy services through court appointed special advocates (CASA volunteers) to those children in foster care under the jurisdiction of the St. Louis County Family Court.

Eligibility Criteria All children served by Voices for Children must be under the jurisdiction of the St. Louis County Family Court.
